• If a payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred.
• If the project has not yet started and the client requests cancellation.
• If IncudeAi is unable to deliver the agreed service due to technical or operational reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the client changes requirements after project initiation.
• If delays occur due to lack of communication or information from the client.
• If the service has already been delivered or partially completed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. Once the development or implementation process starts, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund depending on the work already completed.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.
